We're collectors who started buying collections
Chrono Collectibles is a small, two-location operation that buys and sells video games, trading cards, toys, comics and pop-culture collectibles. No storefront, no franchise, no sales floor — just collectors of twenty-plus years who now do it for a living.
What we actually do
We buy collections outright and pay cash. Then we sell them — mostly through our eBay store, sometimes directly to collectors who ask. That is the whole business. We are not brokers, we do not take consignment, and we are not going to list your collection and pay you in six months when it sells.
Chrono Collectibles is a registered Florida LLC, formed in 2022, and Temple Terrace, Florida is our hub. We also run a staffed satellite in Thurmont, Maryland. Between them we cover most of Tampa Bay and a good part of the mid-Atlantic, and we buy by mail from everywhere else.
Why we buy the whole thing
Most buyers cherry-pick. They take the twenty cards worth something and leave you with nine hundred that are not, which means you still have a problem — just a smaller version of it, and now the good stuff is gone.
We take the lot. The bulk, the junk wax, the loose figures with missing accessories, the long boxes of nineties comics nobody wants. It is worth less per item, obviously, and we will tell you that plainly. But you are usually trying to clear a room, not optimise the last forty dollars, and one transaction beats six.
How we price
We research what comparable items have actually sold for recently. Not asking prices, not price-guide values — real completed sales. Then we account for condition, completeness, how long something will take to move, and what it costs to sell it.
We show that reasoning. If you want to know why a number is what it is, ask and we will walk you through it. Sometimes that conversation ends with us saying you would net more selling it yourself, and that is a fine outcome — we would rather be the buyer you call back than the one who got a good deal once.
The record is public
You are letting a stranger into your house to look at things you care about, or putting a box of them in the mail. It is reasonable to want proof we are real.

If you found us because you drove past a roadside sign, that is us. It says the same thing this website does, in fewer words: buying video games, toys, cards and comics, cash paid. A good number of our best collections came from people who saw it, thought about it for a week, and then called.
