Free shipping anywhere in the US, and 30 days to change your mind. Last updated August 2026.
Shipping
Shipping is free on every direct order inside the United States. There is no minimum and no handling fee — the price on the listing is the price you pay.
Orders go out within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes another 3–6 days after that. The first half is ours and we hold to it; the second half is USPS, so treat it as what we normally see rather than a guarantee. Everything ships tracked and we send you the number when it moves.
We do not ship outside the US from this site. If you are overseas, buy through our eBay store instead — eBay handles international forwarding and customs.
Local pickup is free and available around our Florida and Maryland areas. Mention it when you get in touch and we will arrange a time.
Returns
If an item is not what you expected, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of what you paid for it. Email info@chronocollectibles.com or call or text 727-351-2313 first, so we know it is coming.
Return postage is on you. We refund within a business day of the item arriving back, to the same method you paid with.
Send it back in the condition it reached you, with whatever came with it — the box, the manual, the inserts. A game returned loose when it shipped complete is not the same item, and we will have to talk about it before refunding.
If something arrives damaged
Tell us and send photographs. Damage in transit is our problem to sort out with the carrier, not yours. You get a refund or a replacement where we have one, and you do not pay return postage.
Why the condition notes matter
Almost everything we sell is second-hand and one of a kind. It comes out of collections we buy, not off a distributor's shelf, so each listing describes that specific copy and the photographs show the actual item rather than a stock image.
Read them before you buy and there should be no surprises. Ask us if anything is unclear — we would rather answer a question than process a return.
Buying through eBay
