WE BUY VIDEO GAMES

Sell Your Video Game Collection

Chrono Collectibles buys video games from every generation — Atari through Switch 2, loose carts through sealed graded copies. Video games are our first love and the category we know best, which usually means we can price a collection faster and closer to the truth than a general buyer can.

What we're looking for

Consoles & handhelds

  • NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Wii, Wii U, Switch
  • Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast, Master System
  • PlayStation 1 through 5, PSP, Vita
  • Xbox, 360, One, Series X/S
  • Game Boy, Color, Advance, DS, 3DS
  • Atari, Intellivision, ColecoVision, TurboGrafx, Neo Geo

Games & media

  • Complete-in-box cartridges and discs
  • Loose carts — yes, even without the box
  • Sealed and factory-shrinkwrapped titles
  • WATA and VGA graded games
  • Manuals, inserts, maps and registration cards
  • Import and PAL region titles

We'll take these too

  • Controllers, memory cards, light guns and peripherals
  • Strategy guides, Nintendo Power and gaming magazines
  • Amiibo, Skylanders and Disney Infinity figures
  • Repair stock, broken consoles and parts lots
  • Store displays, promo standees and retail signage

What actually drives the price

Completeness

A complete-in-box copy is usually worth several times the loose cartridge. If you still have the box, manual and inserts, keep them together — that is often the single biggest swing in a collection's value.

Condition, honestly assessed

Box crush, label wear, disc scratches and sun-faded spines all matter. We would rather see clear photos of real condition than be surprised later, and we price accordingly rather than discounting across the board.

Sealed and graded

Sealed games are their own market and the seal type matters — H-seam, V-seam, hangtab, retail overwrap. If you have sealed titles, tell us and photograph the seams. We treat these individually, never as bulk.

The long tail

Common sports titles and shovelware are worth little individually but real money in volume. We buy the whole collection rather than cherry-picking the good stuff and leaving you with the rest.

How selling works

  1. Send photos and details. Use the form below, or text them to 727-351-2313. Shelf-level photos are fine to start — you do not need to itemise anything.
  2. We research and make an offer. We check recent sold prices, not guide values, and come back with a specific number and the reasoning behind it.
  3. You get paid. Accept and we arrange pickup or shipping, and pay on collection. No fees, no consignment wait.

We do local pickup around Temple Terrace, FL · Thurmont, MD · Frederick, MD, and we buy by mail from anywhere in the US. Not sure which makes sense? Ask — we will tell you.

Questions about selling video games

Do you buy loose game cartridges without boxes?

Yes. Chrono Collectibles buys loose cartridges and discs, and buys them in bulk. Complete-in-box copies are worth more, but a loose collection still has real value — especially for older or less common titles. There is no minimum, and we do not cherry-pick the best items and leave you with the rest.

Do you buy broken or non-working consoles?

Yes. Chrono Collectibles buys non-working consoles, controllers and accessories as repair stock and parts. Tell us what is wrong with it if you know — a console with a known fault is still worth money, and being upfront about it does not reduce our offer.

How much is my retro game collection worth?

It depends on the titles, their completeness and their condition. A few complete-in-box first-party Nintendo titles can outweigh several boxes of loose sports games. Send Chrono Collectibles photos of the shelves and the spines, and we will research recent sold prices and come back with a specific number and the reasoning behind it.
