What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your phone number, preferred contact method, a description of your collection, how you heard about us, and any photographs you upload.

We also collect standard analytics through Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, value your collection, arrange a purchase, and keep a record of the transaction. The “how did you hear about us” answer is used only to understand which channels bring people to us, so we know where to spend our effort.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. It is handled by the services we use to run the business: Resend for email delivery, Vercel for site hosting, Google Analytics for traffic measurement, and our own internal system for tracking enquiries. Each processes data on our instructions.

We will disclose information where we are legally required to, which in practice means a valid legal request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up a thread if you come back to us. Records of completed purchases are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Photographs of collections we did not buy are deleted once the enquiry is closed.

Your choices

Email info@chronocollectibles.com and ask us to send you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will action it. You can also block cookies in your browser or use a browser-level opt-out for Google Analytics, and the site will work normally.

This site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic. It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
